I really loved the staff , super helpful and very kind! A big shoutout to Jeje and Tharisa, always willing to help and assist. I also loved the new deal you had going at night, All you can eat for $50,000 ($5) Monday to Friday Great selection of foods, desserts and drinks. You also had a similar selection for breakfasts! - Also a big shoutout to the staff there who take your orders and make your drinks! They made me the best coffee everyday!

Locationwise, the hotel is located behind a busy thoroughfare in the middle of jakarta. Situated at a quiet small road giving you a quiet peaceful night while still giving access to the bustling main road. Plaza indonesia, grand indonesia, MRT bundaran HI is all within walking distance. The room is spacious and the bed is comfy! For the staff members, particularly Ms Jeje and Ms Tharisa have provided excellent welcoming service throughout my stay. They’ve given me recommendations on how to navigate around jakarta and how to get to experience indonesia fast train to bandung. I really appreciate the hospitality i received here at the hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Jambuluwuk Thamrin Hotel. The location is excellent, providing convenient access to key areas in the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. The room size was spacious and comfortable, exceeding my expectations. I also appreciated the high quality of the food, which was both delicious and well-prepared. The ambiance, with its distinct Betawi charm, added a unique cultural touch that made my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, culture, and convenience in Jakarta!

This was my second time staying at Jambuluwuk in Jakarta, and I had another positive experience. The location is excellent - just a 7-minute walk from Sarinah and about 10 - 15 minutes on foot to Grand Indonesia. You're right in the heart of Jakarta, surrounded by skyscrapers and the city's vibrant energy. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. They even reach out via WhatsApp to ask if you’d like your room serviced, which is a nice touch. The hotel is also easy to find for Gojek and Grab drivers, making pickups and deliveries hassle-free. The room was spacious and very clean, with plenty of power outlets, a strong internet connection, and a convenient water dispenser. There's also a small kitchen in the room, although I didn't use it. The hotel offers excellent value for money, especially considering the facilities available. The small gym with a sauna is perfect for a quick workout, and while I didn’t use the pool, it's nice to have the option. The breakfast buffet looked extensive, but I didn’t have the chance to try it. The hotel is about a 35-40 minute drive to Soekarno–Hatta International Airport, which is convenient for travelers. Overall, Jambuluwuk Thamrin Hotel offers a fantastic stay at a great price, and I would definitely return on my next trip to Jakarta.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. I love the interior design of the room and the bathroom. They provided a hand and body wash, shampoo and conditioner as well as body lotion that smell so good and my skin felt so great after using them. There were many electricity sockets everywhere which was important. The room also has smart TV which allow you to watch Netflix. I love the strategic location of the hotel. it's a 7-8 mins walk to Bundaran HI MRT. Close to many restaurants and street food. The window of the room 603 was quiet small but it didn't bother me at all.

The receptionist team goes beyond! We were on our route to go back to Africa, and naturally we had tons of bags and suitcases with us, they were so helpful to store our luggage. The location is also great, it's an easy walking distance to Sarinah, Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia. The room, is bigger than what I expected. I love that there is an entrance area in the room, almost feels like an apartment.

Newly refurbish, 5 star toilet aminities, coconut-based hamd wash and body lotion to die for, pleasant smell through out the property. The staff and security were very helpful and kind.

The staff are very good. The foyer and restaurant create a welcoming atmosphere. The location is excellent just a stroll down to Sarinah or the Hotel Indonesia round-a-bout. It's got a nice family hotel feel about it.

1. The location is superb,it's strategic yet it still have its calmness in the centre of the capital city. 2. The exterior and interior design very sweet and elegant, have its own authenticity. 3. Front office staff very welcome, friendly, and confident to welcoming you including when you're checking out. Very proffesional. 4. The TV already connected with youtube, netflix, etc. You won't get bored.

The location is in central Jakarta, walking distance to so many restaurants and shopping malls, also to MRT stations. Close to many tourist attractions. The staff is helpful and friendly. The breakfast is excellent with so many choices, Indonesian food and others. The restaurant at the facility serve good meals.
